The Castellers de la Vila de Gràcia are a human tower team from the Gàrcia neighborhood in Barcelona. This tradition has existed there since the early 20th century, originally carried on by people from Tarragona, where the tradition originated.

The current team was founded by a group of young enthusiasts, with the help of the city council. Since then, it has grown considerably, both in numbers and talent, reaching its technical peak around 2014.

Today, the Castellers de la Vila de Gràcia continue to bring together people of all ages around the strength of teamwork, respect for tradition, and the impressive spectacle of a human tower.

Human towers require silence so that the leader's instructions and the music can be heard. Therefore, a little silence is necessary for the performance to take place safely and for everyone to enjoy the performance.
