Twin sisters welcome you to the Returns Department, where merchandise returned to the store by disgruntled customers is inspected. With a love of their work, they handle complaints like opening boxes of candy. On their conveyor belt, they discover all sorts of dysfunctional items and manufacturing errors. Little by little, the temptation to play with the merchandise takes hold of them, but the objects haven't said their last word! Combining physical theater, circus, robotics and puppetry, Département des retour is a playful look behind the scenes of object production. Through non-conforming products, the characters find a free space to create and evolve.

À propos

des sœurs kif-kif

Twin sisters also in real life, the Kif-Kif sisters create multidisciplinary and visual shows that are aimed at the whole family. They have presented their creations more than 1500 times in 21 countries. Their works weave together physical theater, circus arts, music, robotics, puppetry, and performance. Their creative approach is based on play, the unusual, and the repurposing of everyday objects. With this approach, The Kif-Kif Sisters encourage children to experiment, to bring their ideas to life and to envision themselves as adults who will continue to play and explore. Their humor is both tender and intelligent, accessible to children and adults alike, with a strong connection with the public that they have developed through their experience in street theater.
