The MICC (International Market for Contemporary Circus) Network has launched! Welcome to a global community dedicated to the creation, presentation, and touring of contemporary circus in North America and around the world. Membership is offered free of charge to all participants during our beta period. Once your membership has been approved, you will start receiving Zoom links to MICC activities.

Your MICC network membership comes with:
▪ Access to MICC online activities & Zoom recordings of past online activities, including pitch sessions, training workshops, working group meetings, panel discussions and networking activities.
▪ Online access to our member directory.
▪ Registration discount for the in-person MICC 2021.

Learn About the Working Groups The MICC Working Groups are peer-moderated discussion and collaboration groups focused on specific concerns & objectives. These groups meet regularly via Zoom and share online bulletin board/discussion forums. Meet the Working Group Co-Leaders Here.

The MICC Market constitutes North America’s most important single-discipline professional encounter for the field of contemporary circus, offering North American, European, and other international presenters from all disciplines a one-stop research opportunity to discover and connect with touring artists and works from Canada and around the world.

With its International Market of Contemporary Circus, TOHU is proud to have helped increased the visibility of so many circus artists and professionals over the years and to have created a key annual point of encounter for the circus world.

MICC goals:
▪ Support and promote the development of circus arts on the international scene.
▪ Encourage artist-presenter encounters, discussions, and opportunities.
▪ Develop a North American network for the presentation and touring of contemporary circus.
▪ Raise the profile of creative artists in Canada.
