Set in a joyfully messy universe where swing, jazz, rogue circus and cabaret atmosphere intertwine, Scotch & Soda is a music party a tad rowdy, incredibly festive and absolutely contagious. Between travelling circuses from the Great Depression and the 19th century European carnivals, we find ourselves in a parallel universe where entertainment is the byword!
The six musicians, some of which have shared the stage with legends such as Lou Reed and Cat Empire, lead the acrobatics at a frenetic pace. Featuring world-class acrobats performing the best of a wide range of disciplines, this party which should be enjoyed in one gulp, hopelessly sweeps its audience, who will find very difficult to stay quietly in place.
Let the music begin!

About Company 2

Scotch & Soda is the 4th show by Company 2, created by Chelsea McGuffin and David Carberry, two former original members of Circa who were seen performing with Tom Tom Crew at the Festival in 2011. For the occasion, the Australian company mixed the perfect ingredients for an adrenaline and decibel-filled show. First, the multi-instrumentalists from The Uncanny Carnival Band showcase their talent by mastering no fewer than 21 instruments throughout the show. And add to it top-level acrobats, many of them having worked with renowned troupes such as Gravity & Other Myths and Circa, and this successful blend can only be a success.
