"Funny, moving, and above all, very original"

- Journal Métro

"It's really poignant. Original. A thrilling show."

- Ici Radio-Canada première

On the road, two lovers invite us into their acrobat life. On the dirt floor of the small tent where everyday life takes place, the radio is dialled up, the mechanisms run amok, and the elements are unleashed—providing the perfect excuse to perform acrobatic feats that will take your breath away. Follow the couple through joy and sadness as they remain intricate collaborators and transmit their love of life in a tale that’s both breathless and moving.

A crowd favourite wherever it goes, Pour le meilleur et pour le pire is a radiant show where Victor and Kati enchant us with humour, poetry and rock ’n’ roll. Ah, love!

“A wonderful discovery and an encounter that we highly recommend you go see”

- La Presse

Circus disciplines:
Aerial perch, acrobatics, Icarian games, hand-to-hand acts

About Cirque Aïtal

Kati and Victor met when studying at the Centre National des Arts du Cirque de Châlons-en-Champagne (CNAC). The petite Finn and colossal Frenchman quickly became a duo. The couple—on stage and in real life—won the silver medal at the Festival Mondial du Cirque de Demain in 2005. Their first show—La piste là—is launched in 2007 and hits the road for 4 years and some 400 performances. Created in 2011, Pour le meilleur et pour le pire is the troupe’s second show. Since its inception, the show has been performed over 350 times, inspiring hundreds of spectators around the world.
