FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A COMMON DISTRIBUTION AND TOURING NETWORK

This workshop intended for North American distributors and programmers aims at helping develop a distribution network as well as tours for circus companies. It will be an opportunity to create a commun schedule, timelines and program ideas for upcoming seasons. This second workshop of the year will help develop this work in progress and open up programming routes to multidisciplinary North American distributors.

Many companies dream of bringing their productions to America. In the form of a discussion, this workshop will reveal the uniqueness of this giant territory. It is intended for any artistic company, agent and programmer. How to tour in America? What makes this side of the Atlantic different? How to get in touch with an American or Canadian distributor? How to deal with the logistics, contracts, technique, taxes, etc.? What are the strategies to sell a production in Canada, in the United States or anywhere on the American continent?
